Compact Water-Assisted Liposuction System
The body-jet® eco by Human Med® is a compact water-assisted liposuction (WAL) system designed for small-volume fat harvesting and lipofilling procedures. Using the proven WAL principle, a pulsating water jet gently separates adipose tissue while simultaneously aspirating it, supporting controlled tissue handling and preservation of fat cell viability.
The body-jet® eco is suited for localised body contouring and autologous fat transfer in outpatient and practice-based settings.

The Technique
Hydrodissection
With hydrodissection (water-jet assisted dissection), soft tissue is separated or removed using the gentle force of the water-jet. During the procedure, water-jet assisted Liposuction (WAL) and the AquaShape® method are used.
