body-jet®

Water-Assisted Liposuction System

The body-jet® by Human Med® is a water-assisted liposuction (WAL) system designed for controlled lipoplasty and fat harvesting. A pulsating, fan-shaped water jet gently separates adipose tissue while simultaneously aspirating it, supporting precise removal with reduced mechanical trauma.

By combining infiltration and aspiration in one step, the body-jet® enables improved intraoperative control and preservation of tissue structures. It is widely used for body contouring, autologous fat harvesting, and lipofilling procedures.

Advantages at a glance

Why body-jet® is first choice for great results with minimum effort

Effective
  • Short and effective pre-infiltration needing 70% less tumescent fluid
  • Harvesting of highly vital adipose tissue
  • Reduced OP times, shorter and smoother convalescence
  • The selective power of the water-jet helps reduce blood loss, haematomas and swelling

The Technique

Hydrodissection

With hydrodissection (water-jet assisted dissection), soft tissue is separated or removed using the gentle force of the water-jet. During the procedure, water-jet assisted Liposuction (WAL) and the AquaShape® method are used.
